Job Description

1. Hands-on experience in Maintenance for heavy-duty CNC machines like HBM, Radial drill, Universal drill machines, conveyor systems, furnaces, commissioning of equipment, etc.
2. Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance as per schedule.
3. SAP / ERP knowledge for material requisition and purchase indent.
4. Maintenance of material handling equipment like EOT & Wall travelling cranes, Transfer trolley, forklift, stackers, man-lifters, and scissor lifters 
5. Maintenance of Utilities equipment like compressors, pneumatic and electrical grinders, welding machines, etc.
6. Good working Knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, EMS 
7. Working on shift duty and working at height for the maintenance of EOT and Wall travelling cranes.
8. Analysis tools knowledge, like Root cause analysis, Why-why analysis, etc..
9. Good working knowledge of best industry practices like Kaizen, TPM, and 5S.
10. Maintenance of portable tools like grinders, portable metal cutting saw, Hydraulic jacks, etc..
