Job Description

The person selected for the role should have a minimum qualification of B.E. NAVAL ARCHITECT / MECHANICAL and will be reporting to the Manager- Design.

His/ Her key role is as follows:

1. Design & engineering activities for Naval Warships, Areas will include
   • Hull and structural design, General arrangement & layouts,
   • Hull equipment such as (Anchoring, Towing & Mooring, RAS, Paint, Doors and hatches, Boat, Crane etc.)
2. 3D CAD modeling, preparation of Bill of Material, preparation of Basic drawings, Purchase specifications, etc.
3. Preparation of Production drawings, Detailing, and Design support to the production floor for hull equipment construction.
4. Mandatory Skills: 3D CAD skills, Drawing software skills, Marine domain knowledge.
5. Desirable Skills: Desirable skills include PLM acquaintance, Innovative approach
