Job Description:
- Design & Drawings:
- Create part drawings for turbine and generator assemblies using AutoCAD and Solid Edge.
- Develop 3D models of blades and other turbine components for manufacturing.
- Procurement & Documentation:
- Generate specifications for procurement of customized parts for turbine generator assemblies and auxiliaries.
- Maintain records of design documentation for individual projects.
- Create purchase requests for new developments, including actuators, leaf seals, and other turbine components.
- Project Support:
- Prepare Engineering Bills of Materials (EBOM) and assign material codes in SAP for PBOM conversion.
- Generate packing lists for dispatch items of various projects.
- Conduct design change meetings, maintaining records of turbine and generator part changes.
- Thermal Insulation & Compliance:
- Prepare BOQ for thermal insulation of HP, IP turbines, and main valves.
- Ensure timely release of EBOMs aligned with project deadlines.
