Job description

• Manage operation and maintenance of utilities like D.M.Water plant, Nitrogen plant, Cooling tower, Chilled Water, Brine plant, Air Compressor, and Boiler.
• Ensure and manage an uninterrupted supply of utilities to all site Business units and common facilities at optimum cost.
• Responsible for planning and budgeting of energies.
• Responsible for Preventive, Predictive, and breakdown maintenance of ETP, STP, and common infrastructure facilities.
• Planning, Budgeting, and monitoring of utilities and common infrastructure expenses.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of approved CAPEX.
• Develop and manage contractors for site mechanical maintenance activities.
• Responsible for the Energy Management system and ISO system implementation for the Engineering department.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to utilities and other common infrastructure facilities.
• Developing and Leading the team of mechanical maintenance at the site.
• Leading a team of around 25

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical
• More than 14 Yrs of experience in operation & maintenance of utilities in the Chemical Industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of SAP.
