Position – Supplier QA Engineer, Sr.I

Location – Bengaluru, Karnataka

Exp. – 4 to 8 years

Interact with Supplier and Product Engineering to resolve quality-related issues.
Review Failure analysis report for adequacy received from suppliers.
Prepare and assist suppliers in preparing and implementing 8D RCCAs.
Process Problem Report (PR), Nonconformance both internal and external (NCI & NCe).
Interpret Mechanical Drawings and Specifications to resolve quality problems.
Manage assigned suppliers to ensure expectations are met in terms of quality.
Take lead in problem-solving activities and drive root cause and corrective actions with suppliers

Years of Experience: Graduate: 4-8 Years;
Job Experience: Min 3 years of work experience in quality activity in a product company
Educational: B.E/B.Tech in Mech/Prod/Industrial Engineering/Aerospace/Automobile/Mechatronics
Hands-on experience in Welding Process Standards, QPR for SS GTAW welding process. Able to investigate and inspect weldments remotely through NDT inspection results
Good hands-on experience in welding facility qualification and cleanroom requirements
Knowledge on Aluminum welding, Knowledge on cleanroom practices, ultrasonic cleaning, electropolishing
Knowledge on semi-conductor standards for SS weldments (SEMI F 078, F81)
Proficient in Problem-solving tools (8D Problem solving, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, etc)
Knowledge of Mechanical drawings, standards, specifications, and electrical schematics.
