Eligibility Criteria
- Educational qualification: B. E / B. Tech /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Years of Experience: Minimum 3 Years.
Responsibilities & Skills
- Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary to understand the requirements
- Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, CAD assembly process, and standards, techniques and tools to execute the projects
- Reporting progress on the KPI’s to the BU management at regular intervals
- Review the deliverables from the team to ensure that the On Time and quality metrics are met.
- Update CAD Assembly to match BoM released in SAP. Modeling of electro-mechanical components in NX.
- Guide the team on the required technical information on parts and validate 3D models & assemblies.
- Provide guidance and direction to the team to ensure operational and technical excellence.
- Develop and implement project documents/procedures to meet BU needs.
- Evaluate team members for their technical skills, performance, and productivity.
- Experience in CAD modeling of parts and assemblies in Nx with specific skills in large assembly management.
- Good Understanding of BOM structure and product configurations followed in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience in PDM tools, preferably in Team Center
- Experience in any of the PLM tools and Engineering change management process.
- Good problem-solving skills and experience in managing teams
