Job description
- Execution of activities for Composites parts as per the Daily plan assigned.
- 100% adherence to standard operating procedures to deliver Composites parts with zero defects.
- Effective utilization of resources.
- Execute daily workload assigned by Supervisors & Engineers.
- Adhering the Cycle time for all production parts.
- Following & Maintaining the TQM and 5S in Composites shop.
- Optimum utilization of resources like (Material, Machine).
- Manufacturing the FAI, Production parts output with 100% Quality.
- Following the Route card & Process document executing the activities per process AOP’s.
- Guide the fresh technicians on the job training to improve their skill level.
- Ensure the machine is working to the required level to meet the targets.
Education – Diploma in Mechanical
