Job description
- Ensure Daily Check at paint booth area to adhere to daily maintenance checklist.
- Ensure previous stages are closed in ERP/Router.
- Manual cleaning and paint preparation process carried out as per the control plan.
- Masking & Curing the parts as per the control plan.
- Self-inspection to ensure the process control quality requirements.
- Touch up the parts at the racking area.
- Packing with VCI Paper.
- Move to the next operation in ERP.
- Offer the parts to inspection.
- Ensure work center cleanliness.
- Imbibe and implement the TQM culture among the entire team.
- Implement the requirements of ACME & ACDE among the entire painting function.
- Understanding manufacturing technology.
- Good knowledge of painting in the chemical process.
