1. To ensure the assembly of the machine as per the scope of supply
2. Ensure proper resource utilization/people handling in the right manner
3. Ensure following the assembly process as per SOP and update for any process changes on a time-to-time basis
4. Troubleshooting of assembly mechanical-related technical problems
5. To record and ensure the assembly check sheet for each stage, to avoid customer complaints
6. To analyse the customer complaints and take CA/ PA to resolve the complaints on time
7. Cycle time reduction of the assembly process time with new initiatives
8. Establish a training process for workmen on continuous process improvement on CAPA
9. To ensure the packing and dispatch of the machine and accessories without any mismatch / short supply based on SOP
10. Conduct daily meetings with workmen and apply TQM principles.
11. Ensure the following ISO Standards on Painting/Mechanical process
12. Cycle time reduction
13. CAPA for customer complaints
14. Implement TQM initiatives.
