Job description

Job Location: Khandala MIDC, Phase-II, Village Kesurdi, Tal.- Khandala, Dist.- Satara, Maharashtra.

Designation: Industrial Engineer (On Third Party Pay-roll)

Department: Industrial Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Process Planning and standard time calculation ( by time study/ estimation/ MOST) for manual and machining area.
• Study of drawing QCP, Procedures, WI , Material specs for process planning including standard times finalization and interaction with Engineering for collection of data. Inputs for pre turn drawings
• Time estimation by new technique MOST in Manual area. Preparation of standard data on PC for extrapolation of stagewise timing
• Updating and Modification of structures due to Alteration notices, Shop feedback, Change in Method in case of development, Machine tapping, Introduction of various drawings, Introduction of jigs, fixtures, tooling and CNC Programs to suit PPD work Centre.
• Machining Drawing reading & understanding
• Process Planning and Structure Preparation for repair and new project pumps
• Process improvement, Monitor and improve productivity and efficiency
• Layout generation for Lean mfg. process
• co-ordination and Monthly Incentive / Efficiency and MIS reports

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of Tool-Engineering,
• Process Planning, Time Study and time Estimation, knowledge of Work Study
• Knowledge of MOST Techniques
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Exposure to Lean mfg. process
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for the engineering industry
• Knowledge of SAP-PP Module and MS Office
• Understanding of Ergonomics
