Position – Associate Consultant (Data migration PLM AMS)

Job description

Perform Migration task as assigned through Trackers
Basic knowledge of Linux and Oracle Database
Execute tasks raised through Trackers assigned accordingly
KB Document validation & annual reviews for checking KB document relevance to application annual upgrades
Adhering to Goals and targets assigned as per the TPP
Participating in Release update sessions. Observing knowledge updates for PLM/CAD apps & Domain requirements
Participating in KeyUser communication & interaction and recording their concerns for further actions
Identifying, documenting & recommending alteration to AMS-KeyUser-User as per Gap analysis
Participating in Deployment and release management activities
Identifying and reporting skill/knowledge gaps in the AMS team.
Responsible for identifying the areas which can be transferred to first level support to improve the first contact resolution. Arrange Technical training for first level support if needed.
Planning & organizing trainings as per AMS team skill/knowledge gaps
Identifying issue based current trends for Problem classification assignment
Analysing Processes (Viz. incidents management process/Problem management process) & suggesting amendments to the processes

BTech/BE in IT, Computer, Mechanical./ MCA/BCS
Knowledge of supporting Teamcenter unified version 9.1 and higher (Must)
PLM data migration expertise for PLM and CAD-related applications
Integration knowledge of CAD (NX, AutoCAD or Solidworks) with Teamcenter unified (Must have)
Experience in Linux and Oracle is an added advantage.
Basic Knowledge of standalone Electrical CAD (E3) or Teamcenter – E3 integration – (Nice to have)
Good Analytical and Problem-solving techniques with innovative ideas.
Good English communication skills and able to handle up quickly the multicultural environment
Good to have awareness about ISO 14001, 45001 requirements
