Job description

1. Responsibilities

Handling of Mechanical Maintenance of machines & Equipment in the factory, Specially in Plating Plant PM, TBM & Break down Maintenance.
Spares Parts Procurement & Management
Looking after all shift activities of other machines also (like CNC, VMC, GDC & LPDC etc.)
Communicate effectively with the other departments to make continuous improvements.
Root cause analysis/ Why- Why Analysis
Proficient in Documentation like PM/TBM Plan Making & Adherence as per check sheet.
Knowledge of ISO system.
Should have Knowledge of Maintenance of Material Handling Equipment like forklifts, Pallet,s etc.
Should be familiar with Utility Machines like Compressor, DG, WWTP & STP, etc.

5. Qualification & Experience

6. Skill Required –

Strong sense of responsibility
Should have experience in the Faucet /Automobile Engineering/foundry/machining industry.
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatics, PLC controlled and CNC machines troubleshooting.

7. Technical Proficiency –

Should understand of engineering drawing.
