Role – Techno-Commercial Support
Functional Area – Customer Interaction Centre
Summary of job contents
To support and assist customers as required ensuring their needs of Festo products and services are met.
To interact with internal functions e.g., Finance, Logistics, or Production, and coordinate in meeting the customer needs.
Key Accountabilities
- Generate quotations based on customer inquiry via the SAP system
- Register orders via the SAP system
- Recommend compatible Festo products for technical queries
- Providing technical solutions to customers in counter sales
- Respond to customer queries related to quotations, orders, delivery schedules/despatch status, etc
- Respond to customer calls related to quotations, delivery schedules/despatch status etc via the CRM system
- Maintain daily track reports as per the template provided
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Science
Language Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Speak: Hindi / Kannada
