Qualifications
- Mandatory – BTech Mech./Diploma Mechanical
- Desirable – BOE/First Class boiler Attendant
- Experience – 4-5 years
- Location – Gajraula
- Reports to – Plant Manager
Summary of Job
- Operation/Start up with DCS of High pressure AFBC boilers Coal fired & Medium pressure boilers,Operation of Fly Ash handling (Dry/Wet/Vaccum/Dense) system.Coal handling plant operation.
Key Activites to be performed
- DCS & Field operation of high pressure AFBC boilers including continous observation for maintaining parameters of steam and performance of boiler,Fly ash handling system ,Operation of Coal handling plant,Steam line charging, Boiler start up & shut down, trouble shooting, coordination with other department in case of variation in demand in case shift I/C is in field.
Skill Set Required
Mandatory
- B.E /B.Tech.(Mech.)/Diploma -Mechnical with Boiler certification
Desirable
- EMERSON DCS operation
- Lean phase/dense phase dry & wet ash handling system
- Knowledge of steam turbine operation.
- Experience in a captive power plant.
- Knowledge of TPM.
