Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Uptime of Production Equipment (MTBF and MTTR Analysis) by ensuring.

Maintenance of plant and machinery involving mechanical, and electrical parts.

The incumbent will be responsible for preventive as well as breakdown.

Production Planning & Warehousing

• Ensuring Machine Efficiency, through Six Sigma, and TPM activities.
• Ensuring timely PMS and handling breakdowns effectively.
• Managing Commissary projects.
• Effective control of RnM cost
• Capex/ Opex control.
• Work toward Future plan by bringing automation and cost efficiency in terms of machine utilization.

Quality Assurance

• Monitoring adherence to quality systems and compliance with ISO quality standards and maintaining requisite documents.
• Implementing quality systems/procedures like Six Sigma, and Lean Sigma in the organization to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products.

Operations & Management

• Work on a systematic plan to have better infrastructure
• Commissary model working and executing the same
• Managing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules of equipment to minimize stoppages in critical production areas; ensuring condition monitoring of various equipment.
• Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through the application of troubleshooting tools.
• Executing cost-saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operation expenditures and work within the budget.
• Ensuring optimum utilization of manpower and machinery towards the output.
• Ensuring good manufacturing practices are being followed and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards laid down by Domino’s Pizza International Limited.

Preferred candidate profile:

Qualification BE /B Tech

Experience – 1-3 years experience specializing in the field of manufacturing industry with best practices/exposure to supply chain operations.
