Position: Cycle Design Engineer (Product Development at Air Conditioner)
Education: B.E / B.Tech ( Mechanical/Refrigeration/Thermal) preferably from NIT’s
Job Location: Kadi (Ahmedabad), Gujarat
Desired Profile and Soft Skills :
Minimum 1 to 2 Years of experience
Candidates should possess Good communication skills [ Verbal & Writing ].
Ability to manage projects through his leadership skills, while dealing with Internal as well as external customers
Inter personnel skills/ Leadership skills -Self-motivated, Good ownership & High Level of Commitment.
Knowledge and Experience Should have:
- Experience in Product development of Air conditioner Products is desirable.
- Able to lead projects and guide team members.
- Experience in execution/ adoption of new technology ideas in product development
- Good knowledge of the New Product development [NPD] Process
- Good Knowledge of Air-conditioning system design including selection and designing of Cycle Parts like Compressor selection, Heat Exchangers design/ calculation, Cycle Balancing and Energy Efficiency, and Heat Load Calculation.
- Good understanding of Indian and International standards related to Air conditioners. Experience in BEE star rating up-gradation for air conditioners.
- Conceptual understanding of Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics & Heat Mass Transfer (Convective –Forced & Natural)
- Good Analytical & Troubleshooting skills.
