Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, and site visits.
• Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product development, testing, and quality control.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical
• 0-1 year of experience in after-sales service, business development, channel management, commercial sales, key account management, new market development, servicing, or technical sales.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently on field jobs.

Note:

1. Only pass out of 2024 BE Mechanical need to apply, with 0-6 months of experience.

2. Selected candidates need to join in the 1st week of November’24.
