- Integrated Facilities Management
What this job involves
- Manage HVAC Technical Operations at site (including HT & LT Chillers, VFDs, Pumps, AHUs, Low side HVAC, Electrical starters, blowers, BMS)
- Vendor Management, Manpower management, Energy Savings Initiatives. Material Management, Good in Documentations
- Manage Chiller Operations & Monitoring, Data Analyzing etc.
- Manage HVAC operations at the multi-story building.
- Manage Energy Saving.
- Manage HVAC-Technical Operations at site.
- Manage Manpower Management, Helpdesk Management.
Sound like you? To apply you need to be:
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5-7 Yrs of Experience
- Should have an experience to handle team of Supervisors (4+)& technicians(50+) at site.
