Job Description
- Knowledge of GD&T.
- 2D drawing study of BIW assy. component & part Welding details, Resting, etc
- Cycle time and Welding feasibility study.
- Strong knowledge of Concept Designing of WF/CF.
- Knowledge of Gun Study
- Knowledge of Solid Works Software/Catia Software.
- 3D Design concept of Welding & Checking Fixture
- Process sheet/Plan for Spot & Mig welding.
- Improvement in design Concept and drafting level.
