Job Description

• Knowledge of GD&T.
• 2D drawing study of BIW assy. component & part Welding details, Resting, etc
• Cycle time and Welding feasibility study.
• Strong knowledge of Concept Designing of WF/CF.
• Knowledge of Gun Study
• Knowledge of Solid Works Software/Catia Software.
• 3D Design concept of Welding & Checking Fixture
• Process sheet/Plan for Spot & Mig welding.
• Improvement in design Concept and drafting level.
