Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations in Production.
• Learn to work on shopfloor machinery and tools under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.
• Participate in training programs designed to develop technical and managerial skills.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Candidate requirements

• B.E./B.Tech Mechanical (2024 or 2025 pass-outs).
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong academic record and keen interest in manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and at the plant location – Halol.
