Job description
- Experience: Fresher/ Experience in HR Operations
- Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate with proficiency in MS Excel
- Ownership to manage strong employee relationship & Service delivery
- Be on top of delivering New Joiner Experience by being single point of contact for pre & post joining formalities (Compliant documentation process, on-boarding & Induction)
- Ensure a proper Background verification for new joiners
- Manage employee life cycle (On-Boarding – Confirmation – Incident tracking – Elevation & Promotions – Exit)
- Drive disciplinary processes in collaboration with BHRs & business
- Support employees on their grievances & day to day queries relating HR Processes & Policies
- Drive process compliance on matters like – PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Insurance, Audit
- Ensure smooth exit of employees with required compliance, timely F&F & gratuity pay out
- Single point of contact for managing employee database with 100% of accuracy
- The role may involve any/ all aspects, however not limiting to the above description.

- Detail oriented with Focus on high data accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast paced services organization
