Position – Project Execution Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Safe installations of projects in coordination with Area In-charge
• Regularly generate reports & communicate project progress in terms of key metrics of timelines, cost & compliance.
• Develop and implement a detailed project management plan looking at components around the schedule, resources, approvals, constraints, risks, project costs, vendors etc.
• Build capability of and maintain a strong and qualified project execution team
• Ensure strict adhere to project management processes
• Coordinate between different project functions to effectively deliver the project
• Detail out project execution scope to project
• Conduct timely project monitoring and review for maintaining schedule and cost control
• Ensure project risk management and issue resolution
• Manage all project contracts, trouble shoot their daily issues & ensure maximum effectiveness to deliver work output
• Develop KPIs to measure the performance of Projects Execution Department to ensure high productivity
• Ensure adherence to budgeted capital and revenue expenditure for Projects Execution Department at site
• Ensure achievement of cost saving initiatives to achieve targeted savings in time frame
• Timely give project update to site project manager & other stakeholders
• Ensure desired safety standards while doing work & ensure 100% implementation of safety work permits.
• Execution manager shall be responsible to manage civil work projects and maintenance
• Ensure Safety compliance at contractor yard

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Education/ Experiences

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering 10 -14 yrs of Industrial experience for projects implementation in Chemicals Manufacturing Plants.

Know-how/skills:

• Project Management
• Knowledge of operation and maintenance of various equipment in the chemical industry
• Managerial skills
• Engineering drawing, Standards
