Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage CNC machines, including programming and operation.
- Perform breakdown analysis to identify root causes of issues and implement preventative measures.
- Conduct electrical drawing reviews for machine maintenance projects.
- Implement material handling processes to optimize production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using troubleshooting techniques.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (CNC, Machine Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance).
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in a relevant field (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Strong understanding of Mitsubishi PLC systems and ability to work with them effectively.
- Proficiency in Materialize CSS for designing custom materials handling solutions.
