Job Description:
- Commodities Knowledge Required (Die casting, Sheet metal, Forging, Injection Moulding, Plating).
- Drawing Study
- DCN Control
- APQP
- PPAP Documentation
- New Supplier Evaluation Data preparation
Job Responsibilities:
1) Supplier Handling (New Development Parts)
- Member must have enough knowledge of all commodities (Die casting, Sheet metal, Forging, Injection Moulding, Plating).
- New supplier evaluation through process & system audit.
- PPAP documents knowledge.
- APQP data preparation.
- Responsible for timely inspection of NPD child parts.
- Knowledge about IMDS, ELV & ROHS.
- Data Presentation.
- MSA, Layout of Child Parts, Process capability study.
- Meet requirements of MCP.
Experience: 3 years or more (preferably in automotive industry)
Qualification: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
Skills:
- Auditing skill (System & Process)
- Good in PPAP & APQP documentation
- Lay out of child parts & Feasibility study
