Job Purpose:
- Developed and drove the INRB Production Engineering business plan related to Design.
- Manage the Improvement activities.
- Focus area Jig Design, Improvement Activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Daily Management and result orientation:
- Make & achieve the various KPIs of PE & report to HOD in daily Morning Meetings.
- Coordinate with all sections to implement improvement activities.
- Check the Line-balancing activities.
- Man, Movement study to standardize the load balance.
- Knowledge of Auto CAD 2D and 3D.
- Knowledge of Jig Design and assembly.
- Knowledge of GD&T.
- Knowledge of Part drawing reading and understanding.
- Basis Knowledge of Part costing.
2. Team Building:
- Training new employees in the PE Team regarding process flow.
- Ability to implement the department control as per rules & training to junior.
Experience : 3 years or more
Skills :
- Work as a Designer Engineer in Auto Ancillary Industries
- Good Knowledge of Auto Cad & Solid Work
- Make the Jig and Fixture design inhouse
Qualification: Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering
