- Must have experience in Interior Trims like Interior Trims – Instrument Panel, Cross car beam, Door trims, Console, Pillar trims, Headliner, Carpet etc.
- Should have expertise on plastic component design and knowledge and understanding of tooling
- Having exposure to EPP Component Design will be an additional advantage
- Must have an understanding of commonly used Plastic Grades/Families and its applications in Automotive Exterior System
- Must have in-depth knowledge of all the system, specifically Catia V5/UG NX CAD to create effective 3D model and or 2D drawings for a complex part/ sub-assembly in a time-efficient manner while considering Advanced features of Surface and or Solid Modeling
