Job description

Shall plan and execute the Utility Maintenance to achieve the targets set Organization.
Shall prepare the monthly and daily reports of utility.
Manage the implementation of Hikal policies and maintain the discipline standards within the organization as desired / acceptable by the stakeholders.
Shall remain prepared for all possible emergencies and respond to them as per the Emergency Management Plan.
Shall be responsible for maintaining the high discipline standards within the team members as desired by the organization.
Achieve the departmental objectives/targets and Environment Management Plan set by the management.
Maintain critical spare inventory.
Monitoring and Controlling Engineering store movements, reviewing store issues and its costs.
Assign the jobs to subordinates and contractors.
To monitor site contractors, their safe working and housekeeping by them.
To verify the bills of contractors with joint measurement.
To raise purchase requisition of Engineering material in ERP.
Inspection of equipment at vendor’s and our site.
