Job description
- Shall plan and execute the Utility Maintenance to achieve the targets set Organization.
- Shall prepare the monthly and daily reports of utility.
- Manage the implementation of Hikal policies and maintain the discipline standards within the organization as desired / acceptable by the stakeholders.
- Shall remain prepared for all possible emergencies and respond to them as per the Emergency Management Plan.
- Shall be responsible for maintaining the high discipline standards within the team members as desired by the organization.
- Achieve the departmental objectives/targets and Environment Management Plan set by the management.
- Maintain critical spare inventory.
- Monitoring and Controlling Engineering store movements, reviewing store issues and its costs.
- Assign the jobs to subordinates and contractors.
- To monitor site contractors, their safe working and housekeeping by them.
- To verify the bills of contractors with joint measurement.
- To raise purchase requisition of Engineering material in ERP.
- Inspection of equipment at vendor’s and our site.
