Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all Electrical Engineering works carrying in the plant including the maintenance of utilities & process equipments.
2. Execution and Maintenance of Electrical system belongs to powerhouse panels, earthing system.
3. Responsible to maintain the required inventory level for all equipment spares and consumables and supplier to get the material in time.
4. Responsible for coordinating with the department head for availability of machines for maintenance.
5. Supervise the electrical maintenance team in terms of work allocation, completion of work spares planning.
6. Responsible to interact with manufacturing and QA in planning for alteration / renovation.
7. Responsible for energy conservation activities.
8. Ensure that PMP schedules and records carried out and audit checking as per regulatory norms.
9. Organize the shift system of development of learn members in consultation with in-charge.
10. Responsible for preparation, review and maintain all documents necessary for the audits, like SOPS, formats & PMP books.
11. Execution of UPS power distribution at the necessary areas in the plant.
