As Test fixture design engineer – Fatigue & Strength LAB: To provide support to the testing team by designing and developing jigs, fixtures and test rigs according to requirement of project.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & development of test fixtures and Jigs for component testing by using 3d modeling software (Catia v5, Creo,draftsight)
- 2D drafting of test fixtures for manufacturing.
- Design and development of test rigs for component testing.
Skills Information
- Strong 3d & 2d drafting skills in Catia & Creo
- knowledge of drawing GD&T
- knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulic automation system
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word and Projects.
Education
DIPLOMA ENGINEERING in MECHANICAL or TOOL & DIE MAKER
Relevant Experience
minimum experience of 2 years in fixture design & development field.
Certification
Certification is not necessary. Knowledge in fixture designing would be sufficient.
