Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Business Excellence

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Excellence Implementation: Assist in implementing business excellence frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
- Process Improvement Projects: Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and other business excellence methodology-driven projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
- Operational Analysis: Analyze current operational practices to identify areas for optimization and increased efficiency.
- Cross-functional Support: Work with cross-functional teams on cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Collect, analyze, and report on performance metrics across various departments, including production and quality control.
- Internal Audits & Compliance: Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure adherence to relevant standards, such as ISO.
- Learning & Development: Actively engage in opportunities to develop expertise in business excellence tools and methodologies.
Key Requirements:
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Process Improvement Knowledge: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (preferred).
- Communication & Teamwork: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability & Learning: Enthusiasm for learning and driving efficiency improvements in a manufacturing setting.
