Job description
- Ensuring 4 M availability in Shop floor as per plan, Execution of the production schedule to meet plan and Quality of product produced.
- Maintain a professional team-player attitude, helping other employees and temporaries exceed expectations.
- Rendering of feedback regarding the performance of production employees and temporaries.
- Support of equipment resources including diagnosis of problems and implementation of minor repairs.
- Reporting abnormalities / Status to Shift in Charge / Manpower Allocation Machine wise
- Prebatch Verification & Pre-Operation Check confirmation, Ensure Log sheets / PCS 100% Adherences.
- Training & Development of Operators in running the machine, Consumable Tracking and maintaining min-max, Reporting Daily activities & KPIs on the Board
- Raising & Closure of Break downs, Maintain Standardization in Process, Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed.
- This includes accident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and follow up.
- Taking initiatives in Productivity & Quality Circle projects
Qualifications
- Mechanical OR Chemical Degree/Diploma Holder with a minimum of 3 Years experience in the Chemical Industry.
- Should be able to handle a team of 30 People in all Shift.
- Good communication skills & good Technical knowledge.
