YOUR ROLE

  • Execute territory sales plans in line with regional SU plans (Short, mid & long term) and tactics to capture customers
  • Deliver an ambitious sales plan and project pipeline Optimize sales mix to impact higher growth and margins
  • Handle Direct Key accounts & manage them effectively, ensuring accurate forecasts, managing supplies & meeting monthly collections targets.
  • Maintain, motivate, and support distributors in the territory
  • Led and coached distributor sales teams to set and achieve financial goals.
  • Forecast & plan sales in the territory to exceed KP Actively identify application opportunities across the customer base and convert in into ACE pipeline
  • Build a strong ACE project pipeline greater than 1.5X the NES

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience
  • An engineering graduate, Mechanical/Automobile preferred
  • Experience in the Automotive/Lubricants/Tools industry preferred
  • Good communication skills
