YOUR TASKS
- Prepare FE models as per Hella standards
- Provide simulation support to the Design team, during the Development process (Design & Validation)
- Perform dynamic(vibration) simulations of Headlamps and rear lamps (lighting systems)
- Interpreting and presenting the results up to the development of proposals for improvement
- Perform FEM analysis for Lighting systems and provide accurate and detailed reports of FEM results
- Close cooperation with other specialized departments and develops process improvements and standard work practices for operational efficiency
- Provide effective design solutions to optimize product functionality, reliability and stability
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Education – BE/BTech or above
- Experience – 2 to 3 Years of experience working with FEM tools
- Basic knowledge of fundamentals of mechanical engineering
- Basic understanding of Finite Element Analysis
- To be proficient in the MS Office applications
- Written and spoken English is mandatory
- Hypermesh, Hyperview, Abaqus, Any Fatigue solver
- Fundamental understanding of the Strength of materials, Vibration, design, and manufacturing engineering
- Good understanding of any commercial FEM solvers
- Programming skills like (Python/TCL/TK) is an added advantage
