YOUR TASKS
- Creating detailed 3D / 2D as per CUSTOMER AND FORVIA HELLA design specification for various product development phases.
- Developing / Modify existing 3D / 2D data of components and subassemblies to mature for nomination, ensuring design readiness for further development stages.
- Generating 3D data for design verification / validation to evaluate design performance and identify potential improvements.
- Ensuring the stability in designs to enhance overall product functionality and safety.
- Implementing Design for Assembly strategies to streamline assembly processes and improve efficiency.
- Integrating Design for Manufacturing and surface treatment considerations into design processes to facilitate smooth production. Assessing the producibility of relevant single parts to optimize manufacturing processes and minimize production costs.
- Ensuring design readiness by preparing 3d models and drawings of components and subassemblies mature for inquiry and finalization. Updating measures and tolerances on drawings based on physical parts and evolving product and process needs.
- Addressing kinematics and internal package requirements to optimize design functionality and space utilization. Collaborating on PCB mechanical interface design to integrate electronic components seamlessly into mechanical assemblies.
- Implementing defined Reference Point Systems (RPS) and tolerances for inner parts, LED light functions, and wire harness routing to ensure precise assembly.
- Incorporating lessons learned from previous mechanical design projects to drive continuous improvement in design processes, ensuring timely and successful completion.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Post Diploma in Mold Design or Tool Design / B. E, B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 0-3 Years in Mold Design / Plastic product design with creation 3D / 2D.
- Knowledge in GD&T and applications
- Basic knowledge in SAP PLM added advantage.
- Good in English Communication (Oral and written)
- Knowledge in MS Power Point, Excel etc
- Should be willing work in any shift timings according to project LEAD Location.
