Position – Graduate Apprentice Trainee
Hailstone Innovations Pvt. Ltd
Location – Palghat, Kerala
Salary – ₹12,762 to ₹15,598 a month

Follow all standard operating instructions with a focus on safety
Collect all materials and equipment to begin the process
Listen to directions from the production supervisor
Take precision measurement to ensure a perfect fit of components
Select and modify components according to measurement and specification as per instruction
Align materials and put together parts to build more complex units
Check output to ensure the highest quality
Maintaining equipment in good condition
Report of issues / Malfunction of defective parts
Maintain a safe/ clean working environment by complying with procedures rules and regulations
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results needed
Ability to work various shifts/overtime/days per week
Working proactively as part of a team from different engineering disciplines to ensure that planned work schedules and targets are met
Ensuring allocated areas are kept well organized and compliant with relevant health & safety regulations
Attending meetings, writing reports, and giving presentations to managers.
Affiliates the inspected data in SAP with result recording.
Monitoring and controlling of SAP-related activities.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

Full-time Engineering graduates, with a record of First-class throughout their academics including graduation, will be eligible to apply.
Candidates should have passed each semester / each year of engineering in the first attempt only with no backlogs.
Engineering should be in Mechanical related branches (Mechanical, Industrial Production, Industrial Engineering Management, Manufacturing Science, Automobile, Mechatronics) or Non-Mechanical branches such as Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communications (where required).
Good communication skill in Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam
