Job description

• The Key responsibility includes completing Maintenance activities and meeting CMMS Data Quality requirements for Engg maintenance works including review of work orders, Work allocation etc to Technicians and Contractors.
• The role has additional responsibilities merged to the above Key responsibility as the Department Process and Machinery Safety Expert. This requires One time and ongoing assessments , providing and executing solutions, completing RIsk assessments & actions across site as Technical Expert ,for meeting compliance requirements to the GES Requirements.
• This is a critical role responsible for ensuring Maintenance activities as per Data Quality requirements & be the expert for Process and Maturity Safety activities. (This was earlier a separate FTE role). Two roles have been merged to one role.
• This is a critical role responsible for ensuring compliance to Data Quality & EAM requirements. It is also critical for ensuring sustenace to Process & Machinery Safety & related Risk improvement initiatives as identified for ongoing Site operations, as per site commitment. The role not being performed has the risk of affecting Site capability on both these areas in the medium to long term.

Qualifications :-

• B.E /B.Tech/ Dip in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Years of Experience: 5 years

Type of Experience :-

• Pharmaceutical/FMCG environment Special packaging machine for Semi-Solid.
• Additional EHS exposure, including Process / machinery Safety requirements.

Any Other Specifications :-

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels and across functions.
• Sound knowledge of Compliance requirements from a quality and safety perspective within the pharmaceutical business.
