Educ. Qualification:Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation
Position Name: Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager
BOE certificate is a must from Andhra Pradesh or Endorsement is must from APBoilerBoard

No of opening: 2 Nos
Experience – 5 to 8 yrs in Process Industry or Power Plant
Salary – CTC will be6.00 to 7.00 lakhsper annum which include PF Employer Contribution, Mediclaim of worth of 2 lakhs, Statutory Bonus, EL Encashment and Gratuity as per norms.

Description

Ensure a supply of all Utilities to the entire plant without interruption as per the quantity and quality standards agreed with various users across the plant by continuously monitoring and coordinating with all user departments.
Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all Utilities facilities and generation of utilities as per the set KPI targets by close monitoring and optimization of operations.
Attend and resolve the complaints received from the user department w.r.t quality or supply of utilities in time.
Ensure smooth restoration of the plant during any emergencies/contingencies by coordination with various departments.
Receive Work Order from Site Coordinator
To generate the PM works from SAP and ensure execution of PM/updation in SAP/Maintwiz.
To rise requirements of spares and consumables from time to time to APOLLO management representative.
To guide, troubleshoot and ensure restoration of breakdowns in time and preparation breakdown reports.
To upkeep the Operation & Maintenance of Utility system logbooks
To ensure the overall housekeeping of plant utility facilities.
To ensure that all technicians are following jobs with proper communication and plan
To ensure that all the technicians are carrying their tools, wearing shoes & necessary PPEs (Safety precautions)

Desired Profile

Degree in Mechanical /Electrical /InstrumentationEngineering with 6 years / Diploma with 8 years,
BOE must from APBoilerBoard or Endorsed by APBoilerBoard.
Should have sound knowledge on best operation and maintenance practices, procedures, and systems.
Expertise in manpower handling and administration skills
Expertise in problem-solving skills, guiding the teams and troubleshooting of various breakdowns in the Utility facilities like boilers,
Chillers, HVAC systems, Air Compressors, Cooling towers, Vacuum pumps, and related auxiliary equipment.
