• We have an opening for Engineer/Sr. Engineer Design for our company Gripwel Fasterners Pvt. Ltd. (Uniparts group) at NSEZ, Noida location. (www.unipartsgroup.com)

  Qualifications – BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical)
  Industry- Auto/ Engineering

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling, Assembly, 2D & 3D Drafting/Detailing on CreO-6 & ACAD.
• Making of New Proposals which includes Reverse Engineering and Design Feasibility.
• Responsible for creating OEM parts drawing and document control.
• Making of production drawings, process Sheets.
• Preparing and modification of Engineering PPAP (PFC, CP & PFMEA).
• VA/VE Ideas for cost saving (Design/Process).
• Attend CFT and Hand-over relevant to described customers.
• Prepare prototype drawings for sample development.
• Support to maintain drawing approval record, issue of process sheet etc.
• Drawing change Management soft & physical (DAPF and TCN).
• Design of Gauge and fixture.
• Complete The R&D Project as Per Assign Target & Requirement.
• Assist to Team/HOD Engineering.

Key Accountabilities

• Create the Parts in GMD For OEM Business Within 1 Day (After Receiving the Project Details from B.D.)
• CFT For OEM Customers as Per Project Requirement.
• Customer Drawing Review & Data Preparation for OEM Business as Per Requirement & Within Timeline.
• Prepare & Release the Drawing and Process Sheets for OEM Parts as Per Requirement & Given Timeline.
• Prepare the CP & PFC Document for OEM Business as Per Requirement Within Timeline.
• Cost Saving Through VA/ VE As Per Given Target.
• Prepare the Design Concept & Drawing of New Gauge, Jig & Fixture as per requirement.
• Update the Group-Catalogue on Quarterly Basis.
