Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control production parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates, PLC-SCADA etc.) to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry quality certifications and safety standards.
- Monitor workplace safety and ensure the correct handling of hazardous materials, including Black Mass, lithium, chemicals, and waste products.
- Implement best practices, technology, and innovations to streamline operations.
- Act as a liaison between management and production teams, providing regular reports on plant performance, challenges, and successes.
- Monitor emissions, water usage, and waste disposal in compliance with environmental standards.
- Define, implement, and maintain SOPs, Guidelines, Work Systems, and practices as per ISO, IMS, and 5S.
- Record, Review, and retain all the required documents and production data.
Qualification:
- B.Tech/ Diploma (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering)
- Must have experience. of 0-2 yrs in the related domain.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of working on SAP.
