Qualification: BE or B Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
Skills : 3D Modeling, Automotive, Team center, Creo
Job Description:-
- Minimum 2 to 8 years of experience in Vehicles Design Part and Integration on the Creo platform.
- Min 2 years experience in Automotive On-Highway or Off-Highway Segment
- Sheetmetal components manufacturing for Off-Highway or Highway components.
- 2D drafting of parts without error as per organization Guidelines.
- Part drawing, assembly drawing, and specification release as per organization Standard practice.
- Exposure in using design tools like DFMEA, DMU, ECO/ECR processing, and design calculation.
- Good understanding of Sheetmetal Design & Calculation, Stack-Up Analysis, and General Dimensioning & Tolerances
- Analysis of the issue/Problem and find out the solution by using the best design practices like stack-up Analysis, etc.
- Visual mockup Enovia, Creo, DMU, TCaE, Vis Mockup.
- Coordinate with inter-departments of New Assembly operation for manufacturing & Validation and resolve issues with the Process Team.
- Follow up with External/internal stakeholders for design reviews.
- Able to guide and help the people working in the same team.
- Others: Good communication, Sound mind, eager to learn new technology, Adaptable, Punctual, hardworking, MS-office, Presentation skills, Written English proficient, Verbal English proficient.
- Description: Design, analyze, and build structures, machines, devices, systems and mechanical processes. Generate, build and test functional prototypes to validate feasibility. Identify opportunities for technological innovation.
