Job description

• Design & Develop plastic and sheet metal components for Dispenser platform
• Drawing creation for tool release, Applying GDnT in the drawings
• Tolerance stack ups
• Interaction with Cross Functional Team
• Total Experience in years: 6-8 Years Graduation/ Degree: B E Mechanical
• Background and Skills: The ideal candidate will have Domain (Preferred Industry) – Home Appliances, Automotive, Peripherals industry
• Skills required (in detail) – • Design of components, subsystem & system level.
• Knowledge of Plastic Materials. Injection molding process.
• Knowledge of Sheet Metal components. Stamping and bending process
• Sound knowledge in engineering principles, theory and practice.
• Hands on experience of design calculations for structural components.
• Knowledge of GD&T Tolerance Stack up
• Tool Design-Injection Molding & Press Tool Knowledge.
