Job description
Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Identifying Supplier Obligations in incoming orders.
- Kick off with sales and service to agree on Deliverables.
- Share site Requirements along with PID & Installation Guidelines to the customer in advance.
- Project Transfer to Factory.
- Order tracking and delivery review on a routine basis.
- Order Transfer to Service Team & Coordination.
- Formal Project Closure after Commissioning Inputs & Confirmation.
- Estimated costs vs Actual Expense analysis.
- Post order documentation work, like submission of GAD/PID, piping drugs, wiring drawing, etc as per project requirements mainly for the Environment and Energy business.
Once the document are approved, then inform production to proceed with Manufacturing. - Handing over of project transfer documents to the Service
- Follow-ups with the Bengaluru factory team for monitoring order tracking status.
- Creating Technical Documentation and Maintaining technical Documentation archive for Implemented orders
- Maintaining database Management System (DBMS) containing all Project related documentation for handing over to the service team.
