Position – Senior Engineer – Process Improvement

Role Summary

Identify, develop and implement Process improvements in Wind Turbine Rotor blade Manufacturing, Cycle time reduction, Man hour optimization and Material wastage reduction with targeted goals

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Work towards process improvement in Rotor Blade Manufacturing unit.
2. Lead and Drive Cycle time/labour optimisation programs.
3. Accountable for Man hour reduction and Cycle time reduction.
4. Time study and stand work implementation.
5. Analysis & Problem solving with Lean implementation.
6. Guide and train the operators in shop floor for new process.
7. Handle effectively change Management

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering with at least 4 years of experience in Rotor blade Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Quality and Problem-solving tools.
• Analysis and Reporting.
