Job description
- A dynamic professional with 03-04 years of experience in Equipment Maintenance and Knowledge about NC/CNC machines like – Laser cutting, Shearing machines, Machine tools,
- Milling machines, Vacuum furnaces, Hydraulic press machines, Welding Machines, bending machines, ultrasonic, X-ray, cleaning equipment, Hand tools, etc.
- Knowledge of PLC and Siemens controller will be an added advantage. Knowledge about basic electrical problems and troubleshooting. Problems solving related to Hydraulic systems, Pneumatic systems, mechanical drives, and lubrication systems.
- Able to execute daily assigned tasks in order to achieve zero downtime by ensuring timely preventive maintenance.
- Managing overall maintenance operations with a view to ensure the accomplishment of maintenance targets within the time and cost parameters i.e. – MTTR and MTBF monitoring.
- Manpower & Shift handling, Work allocation & spares management i.e. VED. Plan & carry out Preventive and predictive Maintenance. Why-Why analysis of Major and repetitive breakdowns for root cause assessment. Drawing preparation for critical worn-out parts. Planning accordingly with max. Utilization of available resources like man, machine, and material.
