Hiring: Trainee Engineer

Qualification: Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
Role Overview:
As a Trainee Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring an uninterrupted material supply for production while maintaining inventory metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Ordering & Scheduling – Maintain minimum 2-week inventory levels Oracle & Digital Cockpit Expertise – Ensure system accuracy of inventory Shortage Resolution – Investigate and resolve material shortages Supplier Coordination – Work closely with suppliers for packaging, planning & replenishment Material Transfers & Reviews – Support supplier reviews with Sourcing team Phase-In/Phase-Out Management – Handle NPI to minimize obsolete materials
Required Skills & Knowledge:
MRP / Oracle / SAP knowledge – Added advantage Inventory Control & Planning – Strong problem-solving skills Communication & Coordination – Excellent verbal and written skills Hands-on Approach – Ability to walk the production floor and resolve material issues
