🎓 Qualification: Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering

🔹 Role Overview:

As a Trainee Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring an uninterrupted material supply for production while maintaining inventory metrics.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Material Ordering & Scheduling – Maintain minimum 2-week inventory levels
✅ Oracle & Digital Cockpit Expertise – Ensure system accuracy of inventory
✅ Shortage Resolution – Investigate and resolve material shortages
✅ Supplier Coordination – Work closely with suppliers for packaging, planning & replenishment
✅ Material Transfers & Reviews – Support supplier reviews with Sourcing team
✅ Phase-In/Phase-Out Management – Handle NPI to minimize obsolete materials

📌 Required Skills & Knowledge:

🔹 MRP / Oracle / SAP knowledge – Added advantage
🔹 Inventory Control & Planning – Strong problem-solving skills
🔹 Communication & Coordination – Excellent verbal and written skills
🔹 Hands-on Approach – Ability to walk the production floor and resolve material issues
