Job Description Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for Change Management activity to support the shop for BOM, Routing & MES updates for ongoing production as well as NPI. You should be working closely with HPT followed by ensuring highly committed safety, output, quality, and productivity.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Shall have a minimum of 2 years working experience in Oracle ERP, specifically, in BOM manager, Inventory/Item Power user, and Manufacturing Manager modules.
- Should have good knowledge to initiate manufacturing workflows through Support Central for Router Approval, Change Request & ECN Shall have good knowledge of engineering drawings & parts list to create Item code, BOM & Routing.
- Shall have experience in manufacturing execution system (MES), Proficy MES preferred.
- Shall have good knowledge about NPI & ability to support FAI for any change in master documentation with compliance of change management procedure.
- Shall have experience in drawing evaluation, manufacturing process feasibility study, calculate should manufacturing hours, and ensure parts are manufactured within should hours.
- Strong knowledge and background in safety, process compliance, and quality requirements Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations Must be familiar with EHS practices inside the workshop as well as on-site.
Required Qualification :
- Diploma in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 2-4 years experience in the aviation manufacturing industry.
- Experience in the Aviation/Aerospace industry
