Job description
Candidate should have at least 2 – 4 years experience in Equipment maintenance.
Should have knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, 5S, Kaizen, Preventive maintenance

Site Overview:
Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of maintenance CNC Machines like Turning, Milling, Vacuum furnace, Press machine, Laser, etc.
- Knowledge of tool change /Pallet change recovery.
- Knowledge of Controllers like Siemens/Mazatrol/Fanuc
- Knowledge of Hydraulics /Pneumatics
- Must comply with all EHS requirements & actively support EHS programs in the plant.
- Spare part management
Ideal Candidate:
Should be competent enough to independently solve the problems and achieve KPIs like MTTR/MTBF.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Min 2 – 4 years of experience in repair, and maintenance of CNC Machines. ( Electrical
- Industry – Automobile, Aerospace, Aviation, or industry with repetitive manufacturing system
- Qualification for Diploma Electrical Engineering
