Site Overview:

Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Shall have experience in fabrication & fasteners assembly. Capable of validating and ensuring customer specification compliance, knowing GE, RR, and Boeing requirements will be an added advantage.
  • Shall have experience in the assembly process. Capable of establishing different riveting, insulations, inserts, links, and clips assemblies.
  • Shall have experience in drawing evaluation and providing inputs essential for the assembly process.
  • Ability to analyse defects, identify root causes, provide efficient solutions, and implement CAPA.
  • Basic knowledge of stainless steel and Inconel tube and sheet fabrication in the aviation industry.
  • Working experience with GE Aviation P Specifications.
  • Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
  • Must be familiar with EHS practices inside the workshop as well as on-site.
  • Responsible for FAI proofouts and creating new assembly procedures/MOSs for the same.

Ideal Candidate:

Expertise in Riveting Assembly for Tubes & Ducts

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Diploma in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Aviation Tubes and Ducts, Fabrication Industry.
  • Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
