Site Overview:
Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Maintenance CNC Machines like Turning, Milling, Vacuum furnace, Press machine, Laser, etc.
- Knowledge of tool change /Pallet change recovery.
- Knowledge of Controllers like Siemens/Mazatrol/Fanuc
- Knowledge of Hydraulics/Pneumatics.
- Must comply to all EHS requirements & actively support EHS programs in the plant.
- Spare part management
Ideal Candidate:
Should be competent enough to independently solve the problems and achieve KPIs like MTTR/MTBF.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in repair, and maintenance of CNC Machines.(Mechanical)
- Should have experience in MTTR/MTBF and CNC Machine
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
